  Actually I'd rate them a minus 3. My Grandmother made arrangements for herself several years ago so her daughters would not have to.
  She bought her plots, the head stone she wanted, arraigned for cremation , bought the urn and the vault.
  Apparently they do not keep good records at that establishment. She showed up in a plastic bag and her daughter's were told the urn and vault were never purchased. Her daughter and son in law were with her when she did it, they have the contract.
  I flew in from Arizona and 30 of her other relatives stood there at the cemetery, where there was no hole, no one from the funeral home showed up with the vault and to possibly say a few words.
  We had a nice celebration despite them, BUT...
  Plus, when they noticed there was was no hole dug and called George at the funeral home to inquire, all he said was, I paid the guy here's his number call him up. Shouldn't that be his job and not that of the grieving family to deal with???
  This does not bode well for this establishment!

  These guys are top notch. I had to use them twice in three years and they helped me and my family through some awful times. TJ is a great listener, gathers the information he needs and then takes care of things. I would definitely use them when its my time to go. At your time of need, look for someone who will make the process less painful. Redington did for me and I am thankful.
